Job summary

Jemena is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a high-performing finance team and partner with operations across OneDx and Zinfra. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and provide commercial insights to influence strategic decisions.

You will build strong client relationships, translate data into recommendations, and support growth while balancing risk and compliance within a regulated environment. Travel to regional Victoria sites is expected monthly.

Finance Manager - DOMSA

Overview of our role

Join a collaborative leadership team where your financial expertise will help shape business decisions and support the delivery of key strategic outcomes across OneDx and Zinfra.

In this trusted business partnering role, you'll work closely with operational leaders to provide commercial insights, lead budgeting and forecasting, and turn financial data into meaningful recommendations. You'll play an important role in influencing performance, supporting growth, and helping the business achieve its goals while building strong relationships across the organisation.

You'll lead an experienced team and serve as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and influencing key business decisions.

You can be based out of Thomastown, Lilydale or Beaconsfield. There will be travel to client sites in regional areas of Victoria once a month on average.

What You'll Bring

• Experience within the energy, utilities, construction or maintenance sectors is highly regarded.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing finance professionals within a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex financial and commercial matters within large, regulated organisations.
• Strong ability to identify business drivers and translate them into meaningful financial insights and performance measures.
• Experience combining financial, operational and external data to uncover insights and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications / Certifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Experience reviewing contracts and key commercial documents to support strong financial and business outcomes.
• Strong capability in financial systems, reporting and analytics tools, including SAP, Power BI and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Demonstrated experience using SAP and BI systems to deliver insights, reporting and informed decision-making.
• Exposure to SAP modules such as FI/CO, CATS, PS, HR and PM is highly regarded.
