TSM Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of Residential & Industrial properties in Sydney. You will manage building systems, coordinate contractors, and drive high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a building management role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication with owners, tenants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential and industrial properties.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
• Liaise with stakeholders to maintain relationships.
