Qualifications

• We are seeking experienced Building/Facilities Managers with strong professional standards.
• Proven ability to manage residential, strata or mixed-use assets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of premium residential/mixed-use assets.
• Coordinate maintenance, compliance and contractor performance.
• Lead mobilisation for new developments and post-handover setup.
• Manage defects and liaise with developers, builders and residents.
• Prepare operational reports and support budget management.
• Deliver high-quality resident and stakeholder experiences.
