Job summary

Talent Corp in Australia seeks an organised Portfolio Coordinator to manage investment projects and workflows across the portfolio. You will engage with internal stakeholders, track progress and prepare senior management updates throughout the investment life cycle.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Coordination, you will support planning, governance and reporting, identify process improvements and contribute to successful project delivery with flexibility around start and finish times

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects within a portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to analyse data and present updates to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate investment projects and workflows across the portfolio.
• Support management reporting and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather updates and address delays.
• Prepare portfolio reports and analyse investment performance.
• Review processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with investment planning and governance activities.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to regional teams.
