HUB24 Limited in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on PAS Team Leader to lead a team of Portfolio Administrators and Analysts, delivering accurate, timely and high-quality outcomes for clients in a non-custody environment.

You will manage day-to-day operations across asset classes, handle escalations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery, controls and continuous improvement within HUB24’s market-leading wealth platform.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience within non-custody / PAS
• Experience administering alternative and directly held asset classes
• Strong knowledge of portfolio administration, tax reporting, CGT and cost base in non-custody
• Experience managing reconciliations, data integrity, asset administration and controls
• Previous people leadership experience coaching and developing team members
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across teams
• Experience with IRESS or IPS would be highly regarded; Excel skills advantageous

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Portfolio Administrators and Analysts
• Oversee day-to-day portfolio administration operations
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and client queries
• Drive service excellence with accurate, timely outcomes for clients and advisers
• Support onboarding, training and talent growth within the team
• Maintain strong controls across reconciliations, data integrity and cost base reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to support effective service delivery
• Contribute to projects, process improvements and operational initiatives
