HUB24 is seeking an experienced Investment Administration Team Leader to guide the day-to-day operations of our Investment Administration team. You will oversee reconciliations, fees, and treasury processes while maintaining service excellence.

You will coach staff, manage workflow and collaborate with Client Services, Product, Technology and Compliance to deliver accurate, timely outcomes and a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, ideally investment administration or platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and platforms.
• Understanding of Australian taxation, securities and cash products.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and development of team members.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Investment Administration team.
• Coach and develop team members with regular feedback and training.
• Oversee cash and investment reconciliations, fees and treasury processes.
• Monitor performance, quality and compliance with policies.
• Build relationships with custodians, fund managers and brokers.
• Identify process improvements and support business change.
