HUB24 Limited in Sydney is seeking an experienced Investment Administration Team Leader to guide day-to-day operations, optimise workflows and ensure accurate, timely processing for clients and advisers.

You will balance people leadership with operational oversight, driving performance, quality and risk management while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated financial services leadership experience in investment administration or platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of investment instruments, platforms and the financial planning industry.
• Understanding of Australian taxation and cash products as they relate to investment administration.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and support team members to achieve outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence priorities.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Solutions-focused, with commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Investment Administration team to deliver accurate, timely outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members; provide regular feedback, training and cross-skilling.
• Oversee investment administration activities: reconciliations, fees, treasury, transactions and cash movements.
• Monitor performance, quality and service standards; ensure effective controls and policy compliance.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues; drive resolution and service recovery.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners (custodians, fund managers, brokers).
• Collaborate with Client Services and Operations to resolve enquiries and support a seamless client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Support operational initiatives, projects and business change; communicate with teams during change.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable and service-focused team culture.
