HUB24 is seeking an experienced Investment Administration Team Leader to guide a high-performing team delivering accurate investment administration activities. You will balance people leadership with operational oversight, ensuring timely workflows and strong stakeholder relationships.

You will lead process improvements, collaborate with Operations, Client Services, Product, Technology, Compliance, Finance and Risk to deliver a seamless client experience and drive continuous improvement in

Qualifications

Experience in financial services, ideally in investment administration or platform operations.
Strong knowledge of investment instruments, platforms and related products.
Proven leadership experience coaching, developing and supporting teams.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the Investment Administration team to deliver accurate, timely outcomes.
Coach and develop team members with clear expectations and regular feedback.
Oversee reconciliations, fees, treasury processes, transactions and income.
Monitor performance, quality and service standards; ensure controls and compliance.
Act as escalation point for complex issues; drive resolution and service recovery.
Build relationships with custodians, banking partners, fund managers and brokers.
