Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Senior Portfolio Accountant to manage end-to-end financial accounting for a national retail portfolio of 10-16 properties, including healthcare assets. The role supports budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes across multiple properties, with a hybrid work arrangement in Sydney or Melbourne.

You will work with centre and property teams to provide accurate financial information, prepare accruals, reconciliations and reports, and contribute to business

Qualifications

• Portfolio accounting experience within retail property or shopping centres.
• Experience managing month-end across multiple properties.
• Ability to prepare accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis and financial reports.
• Experience supporting budgets, forecasts and outgoing reconciliations.
• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification, or working towards completion, is highly regarded.

• Manage the full month-end accounting process across a portfolio of 10-16 properties.
• Prepare accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis and financial reports for clients.
• Process property and tenant charges, including council rates, water and electricity costs.
• Support budgeting, reforecasting and annual outgoing reconciliation activities.
• Partner with centre and property teams to provide accurate financial information and support business decision-making.
