Scentre Group is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to support VIC Westfield centres in achieving strong business outcomes in collaboration with leasing and customer experience teams.

You will manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to business planning across the state. The role emphasizes independent work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and ability to drive new business.
• Marketing, property related, finance or business education.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead people and optimise leasing opportunities.
• Previous face-to-face selling experience is highly regarded.
• Motivated and able to work autonomously while being part of a larger team.
• Strong attention to detail; thorough and methodical in approach.

Responsibilities

• CRM: Manage and develop existing customer relationships and optimise long-term clients.
• Revenue generation: Identify new business opportunities and improve occupancy on all Retail Sites.
• Assist state manager to develop business plans across state.
• Drive continual improvement of retail space standards.
• Utilise market research and knowledge across the sales process and sites.
• Deal with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective relationships.
