Job summary

Bribie Pontoons in Queensland's coastal region seeks fit, outdoors-loving individuals to join our manufacturing and site operations teams. You will assist in manufacture, site installation, and maintenance across multiple projects, helping to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

We value stable, full-time employment with strong attendance. A valid open driver’s license, the ability to work outdoors, and the willingness to pass a pre-employment medical

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong attendance and reliability.
• Pass pre-employment medical and police clearance.
• Passions for outdoors and coastal lifestyle.
• Experience or knowledge of construction/fabrication considered a plus but not essential.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a hands-on environment.

Job description

Due to planned business growth our team is expanding and requires additional team members to contribute to operations day-to-day, working within small and capable teams within our manufacturing facility as well as on site, you will contribute to, and help to ensure that every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in manufacture, site installation, and maintenance operations across multiple projects
• Contribute to compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Comfortable working in a hands‑on environment primarily outdoors
• You have a valid open driver’s license
• You can pass a pre-employment medical and provide a police clearance on request.
