Job summary

Randstad in Brisbane is seeking a reliable Labourer / Production worker / Assembler to join our busy workshop team. In this hands-on role, you will build, assemble, and prepare high-quality marine pontoons, using hand and power tools to meet exact specifications.

You should be physically fit, able to lift heavy loads, and thrive in a team environment. The position offers an indoor workshop, consistent shifts from Mon to Fri, potential overtime, and on-the-job training at our Seventeen Mile Rocks

Qualifications

• Experience using basic hand and power tools safely and accurately.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting, bending, and manual labour throughout the shift.
• Punctual, reliable, and possessing a strong commitment to quality and workshop safety.

Responsibilities

• Assembling modular pontoon frames, floats, and decking in accordance with specifications.
• Operating hand and power tools safely (drills, impact drivers, grinders, saws).
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately.
• Assisting with material handling, loading/unloading, and yard organisation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.

We are seeking a reliable, physically fit Labourer / Productions worker / Assembler to join our busy workshop team. In this hands-on role, you will build, assemble, and prepare high-quality marine pontoons.

Job Details

• Location: Seventeen Mile Rocks
• Position: Full-Time / Casual
• Shift: Mon to Fri (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
• Number of vacancies: 2
