Job summary

AG Security Group in Adelaide, SA is seeking a confident Front Desk Security Concierge to greet clients and maintain a visible security presence in the CBD. This part‑time role focuses on professional service, safety, and clear communication during business hours on weekdays.

You will manage appointments, operate security systems, file incident reports, and assist with alarms and emergencies while using Word and Excel for reporting.

Qualifications

• Current South Australian Security Licence is required.
• Current South Australian Driver's Licence is highly desirable.
• Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID0003 is required.
• Current National Police Clearance is required.
• Current Working with Children Check is preferred.
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and visitors warmly and providing directions.
• Assist in managing appointments and daily site activity.
• Monitor and operate site security systems and communicate via email, Word, and Excel.
• Conduct internal patrols and respond to alarms or emergencies.
• Maintain incident reports and security logs.
• Provide a contact point for police and emergency services.
• Support staff in handling aggressive or disruptive individuals.
• Follow company policies, SOPs and safety requirements.
