Job summary

Ironbark Financial Group is seeking a Policy Servicing Support team member within our Wealth Protection group. You will support clients and advisers, manage policy updates, schedule meetings and assist with claims, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have office administration or financial services experience, strong relationship-building, and meticulous organisational skills to handle multiple priorities in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or financial services is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to enhance client and team experience.
• Coordinate client meetings as required.
• Assist with initial and ongoing claims support.
• Liaise with clients, providers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely outcomes.
• Ensure client information remains accurate and compliant.
• Manage follow-up actions and ongoing client service requirements.
• Collaborate with Wealth Protection team to deliver positive client outcomes.
