Job summary

Smart Financial is seeking two Key Administrators to join our Financial Planning team in the Illawarra region. You’ll be the central hub between advisers, clients, providers and support teams, driving advice implementation and client engagement to ensure outcomes are timely and accurate.

Aligned with an adviser, you’ll coordinate workflows, monitor progress and keep multiple systems up to date, supporting career growth within our fast-growing, privately owned firm.

Qualifications

• Ownership and accountability in an administration role.
• Attention to detail is essential in client servicing and documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, advisers and providers.
• Comfort coordinating across multiple systems and provider portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of financial advice recommendations.
• Interpret Statements of Advice and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate advice implementation across providers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and proactively follow up outstanding items.
• Drive adviser accountability and workflow progression.
