Aufgaben

• Act as the primary contact for clients and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate client meetings and manage Adviser calendars.
• Prepare and maintain client documentation and records.
• Support the implementation of financial advice strategies and recommendations.
• Liaise with clients, product providers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely outcomes.
• Ensure client information remains accurate and compliant.
• Manage follow-up actions and ongoing client service requirements.
• Collaborate with Advisers and support teams to achieve positive client outcomes.
