Ironbark Financial Group is recruiting a Client Services Manager for our Milton team in Brisbane. You will support clients and advisers, helping deliver a seamless client experience from implementation through ongoing service.

• Experience in office administration or client service is valued.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary point of contact for clients and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate client meetings and manage Adviser calendars.
• Prepare and maintain client documentation and records.
• Support the implementation of financial advice strategies and recommendations.
• Liaise with clients, product providers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely outcomes.
• Ensure client information remains accurate, compliant and up to date.
• Work collaboratively with Advisers and support teams to achieve positive client outcomes.
