Responsibilities

• Lead policy sections within the branch and set direction.
• Deliver complex national policy and legislative reform projects.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and oversee briefs.
• Build relationships with governments, regulators and stakeholders.
• Represent Safe Work Australia on national forums and inquiries.
• Oversee guidance materials and resources to support compliance.
• Manage resources, budget, risks and timelines.
• Foster an inclusive and safe workplace culture.
