Goodwin Aged Care is seeking compassionate care staff to provide quality personal care to residents in line with individual care plans. You will complete allocated duties, maintain safety, document care, and report concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Community Care.
• Medication Assist qualification preferred.
• Commitment to resident welfare, safety and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality personal care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
• Complete allocated duties while maintaining safety and care standards.
• Accurately document care provided and promptly report incidents or concerns.
• Comply with legislation and Goodwin policy and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Maintain professional presentation and uphold strong customer service culture.
• Experience in delivery of care outcomes for older people.
• Experience in achieving outcomes and skill development.
• Sound level skills in office systems, procedures, documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
