Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking an experienced Policy Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at our corporate office in West Perth. You will support our Aged Care, NDIS, SIL and Corporate operations by managing our corporate policy system and maintaining a review schedule for all policies.

You will work with clinical leaders to create and update policies to meet compliance requirements and align with operational needs, while owning the document management process and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy or public health or similar.
• Knowledge of the aged care sector and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• National Police Certificate and full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support Aged Care, NDIS, SIL and Corporate operations with policy development.
• Meet with clinical leaders to create and update compliant policies.
• Own document management and policy review scheduling.
