Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group in Perth is seeking an experienced Policy Officer to join our corporate team. This full-time role focuses on developing and updating policies for Aged Care, NDIS, Supported Independent Living and Corporate operations.

You’ll manage the policy system, meet with clinical leaders, and ensure policies meet compliance and operational needs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in public policy or related field, strong writing and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aged care sector and quality standards.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Aged Care, NDIS, SIL and Corporate operations with policy work.
• Manage the corporate and clinical policy system and meet with clinical leaders to update policies.
• Own the document management process and maintain a review schedule for existing policies.
• Ensure new policies are accessible and aligned with compliance and operations.
