Job summary

You will develop clear materials, facilitate workshops and work with subject matter experts to build capability and support successful change. This role emphasises stakeholder engagement and practical learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, workshops and learning programs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex policy, legislative, business process and ICT information.
• Experience developing training materials using adult learning principles.
• Ability to evaluate training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, workshops and briefings to support the adoption of legislative, business process and ICT system changes.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and face-to-face learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences and learning needs.
• Collaborate with business areas and subject matter experts to translate complex information into practical learning solutions.
• Develop and deliver clear, accessible training materials, programs and educational resources across multiple formats.
• Build stakeholder capability through interactive learning environments that encourage participation, confidence and knowledge retention.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, analyse learner feedback and contribute to continuous improvement and successful reform implementation.
