Job summary

Foot and Leg Pain Centre in the Hills District seeks a Practice Coordinator to lead the front of the clinic. You’ll own the diary, manage calls, handle billing, and shape the patient experience in a small, compassionate team.

We value energy, clear communication, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work directly with Dr Angus Chard and a tight clinical team, and you’ll be trusted to run the operation with real ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the diary and bookings, rebooks, recalls and daily scheduling.
• Handle phones, billing and daily reconciliation across payers.
• Keep supplies stocked and the practice tidy and welcoming.
• Be the first voice and face, ensuring a smooth patient experience.
• Balance the till and support a small, collaborative team.
