Job summary

Icon Water Limited seeks a Strategic Program Coordinator to translate business strategy into measurable results. The role supports the Strategy Implementation Program with governance, reporting and cross-team coordination to keep initiatives on track and delivering value.

Initially a 12-month fixed-term with potential transition to permanent. Responsibilities include managing plans, dashboards and governance artefacts, tracking dependencies, risks and benefits, and collaborating across business

Qualifications

Experience in a program office or PMO with governance experience.
Experience preparing governance papers, reports, dashboards and briefings for senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of program and project management disciplines (planning, risk, dependencies, benefits).
Strong skills with MS 365 apps, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint; Power BI and Planner desirable.
MSP, PRINCE2 or other program/project management certification desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate strategic focus area planning with business leads, defining plans, milestones and deliverables.
Maintain integrated program plans, delivery schedules and milestone tracking.
Prepare program dashboards and status reports for executives and governance forums.
Monitor risks, issues, benefits, decisions, assumptions and dependencies.
Maintain governance artefacts, templates, registers and reporting processes.
Support benefits realisation and performance monitoring.
