Job summary

Source is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, coordinating a large-scale recruitment initiative and supporting governance forums. You will manage documentation, trackers and reporting for leadership while ensuring the program runs on plan and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will bring a couple of years of project coordination or PMO experience, along with tertiary qualifications in business or project management, or equivalent through

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, governance forums and key project events, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Monitor actions, risks, issues and dependencies across the workstream, escalating where needed.
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, registers and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment administration end to end, acting as the key link between hiring leaders, People & Culture and external recruitment partners.
• Support onboarding, travel, facilities and supplier administration as required.
