Job summary

TOM People seeks an experienced Portfolio Lead/PMO Lead to drive enterprise portfolio governance, prioritisation and planning across a large transformation program in Sydney.

You will oversee governance, executive reporting and quarterly planning, lead a small team, uplift portfolio management capability, and collaborate across the organisation to resolve delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Portfolio Management, PMO or Transformation Leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation or change portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working across both Agile and traditional delivery environments.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Transformation Office or Enterprise PMO leadership experience.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Lead / PMO Lead to drive enterprise portfolio management, governance, prioritisation and planning across a large transformation environment.

Reporting to a senior transformation leader, you will oversee portfolio governance processes, manage executive reporting forums, lead quarterly planning cycles, and provide a single view of delivery performance, risks, issues and dependencies across the organisation. You will also lead a small team and play a key role in uplifting portfolio management capability and practices.
