IAG in Australia is recruiting a Team Lead, Project Management Practice to elevate delivery capability across the PMO. You will coach, mentor and lead a growing community of Project Managers, embedding PMO methodologies, governance and reporting to drive consistent delivery outcomes.

You’ll oversee RAIDDS management, workforce planning and demand management, build strong stakeholder partnerships and push continuous improvement to raise project management maturity across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years’ experience leading PMOs and coaching Project Managers.
• Proven leadership capability with people development and succession planning.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance and delivery assurance.

• Lead and evolve the Project Management Practice, building a high-performing community of Project Managers.
• Develop capability through coaching, mentoring, training programs and development initiatives.
• Champion adoption of PMO methodologies, governance frameworks and reporting practices.
• Strengthen capability across planning, governance, risk management and delivery leadership.
• Embed accountability and proactive RAIDDS management to drive outcomes.
• Drive delivery excellence through controls, assurance and benefits realisation.
• Lead workforce planning, demand management and resource allocation.
