Job summary

ASC is seeking a PMO Assurance Manager to lead the PMO Assurance function within the Transformation Office. You will provide independent assurance across corporate and digital transformation programs, partnering with senior leaders to improve governance maturity and delivery confidence.

The role encompasses managing a small team, developing assurance processes, and guiding project controls and benefits realization.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in PMO, portfolio, program or assurance environments.
Qualifications in Project Management, Business, Governance or related discipline; professional certifications are highly desirable.
Experience leading, mentoring and developing PMO assurance capabilities and teams.
Experience conducting assurance reviews across complex projects, programs or digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to influence and provide trusted advice to senior executives and governance forums.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver independent assurance and governance services across complex programs and projects.
Plan and conduct reviews, health checks, delivery confidence assessments and benefits realization reviews.
Ensure programs align with ASC policies, standards and governance requirements.
Build and lead PMO Assurance capability and methodologies.
Assess project controls including scope, schedule, cost, risk, issues and dependencies.
Provide independent assurance reporting and strategic insights to senior leaders.
