Job summary

Accenture in Sydney is seeking a motivated ITSM PMO Support Analyst to help deliver ITSM projects and uphold PMO standards. The role requires strong organization and ITIL knowledge.

You will coordinate workstreams, prepare reports and slides, and ensure governance compliance while working fully on site with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management or ITSM roles.
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in project management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design ITIL 4 Foundation certification processes to enhance program management capabilities.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedITSM PMO Support Analyst to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of IT Service Management (ITSM) projects and ensuring adherence to Program Management Office (PMO) standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of ITIL 4 Foundation principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management and ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Process Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of ITIL 4 Foundation certification processes to enhance program management capabilities.
• Project Coordination: Support the delivery of ITSM projects by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Governance Activities: Assist with governance-related activities, including the preparation of slide decks, reporting packs, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards and guidelines.
• Workstream Monitoring: Monitor the progress of ITSM workstreams, identifying and escalating risks or delays to the PMO Lead or Project Manager as necessary.
