Job summary

Talenza is seeking a PMO Analyst to support a major technology transformation in Australia. The role involves hands-on PMO duties across planning, governance, reporting, RAID and program controls within a fast-moving program with multiple workstreams and vendors.

The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining an accurate overall view of program health, coordinating governance meetings and ensuring actions and decisions are captured and followed through.

Qualifications

• Solid PMO experience within a complex technology program or transformation.
• Experience coordinating RAID, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Proven ability to produce concise executive reporting and SteerCo materials.
• Strong governance and financial tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the integrated program plan, milestones and dependencies.
• Support RAID management from risk to resolution.
• Coordinate fortnightly and monthly program reporting cycles.
• Consolidate status updates from Project Managers and Workstream Leads.
• Support preparation of Steering Committee and executive reporting.
• Assist with governance documentation and program artefacts.
