Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a PMO Analyst to join the Melbourne Hub to support a range of projects and clients. You will work with project managers and senior leadership to ensure governance, reporting and analysis are delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include governance development, performance reporting, stakeholder communication and process improvement, with exposure to tools like MS Project, Jira and Power BI. A 5+ year PMO background and a related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a PMO, project coordination or analytical role is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, MS Project, Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum are beneficial.
• Experience in IT, construction, or finance is advantageous.
• Knowledge of resource management and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of PMO frameworks, methodologies and standards.
• Prepare and present project performance reports, dashboards and metrics.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, senior management and external partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support risk and issue management and governance activities.
• Maintain and optimise PMO tools such as MS Project, Jira and Power BI.
