Job summary

IOOF Holdings Limited in Melbourne is seeking a PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, project financials and administration across a portfolio of transformation programs.

You'll partner with PMO Managers and Project Managers, gaining hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI, while helping drive process improvements and data-driven decision making, and contributing to enterprise project governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Support or similar role.
• Exposure to a project delivery environment and an understanding of how projects operate.
• Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with data or financial information.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting PMO Managers across a portfolio of transformation and change initiatives.
• Coordinating timesheets, invoices, purchase orders and project administration activities.
• Assisting with governance forums, working groups and project meetings.
• Maintaining project information across Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Supporting reporting activities and ensuring project data remains accurate and up to date.
• Managing project actions, decisions and follow‑up activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

PMO Analyst

Be part of the team behind some of Insignia Financial's biggest transformation programs.

This newly created opportunity supports a portfolio of more than 30 active projects helping shape the future of our business. As a PMO Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced PMO Managers and Project Managers, supporting the governance, reporting, project financials and administration activities that keep large-scale transformation programs running smoothly.

You'll gain exposure across the full delivery lifecycle, from project governance and resource management through to financial administration, portfolio reporting and stakeholder engagement. You'll partner with Finance, delivery teams and senior stakeholders, seeing first-hand how enterprise projects are delivered and how key decisions are made at SteerCo level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within PMO and project delivery. You'll gain hands‑on experience with tools including Excel, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI, while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives and AI‑enabled ways of working.

What you will bring

We're looking for someone who is organised, enjoys working with detail, loves bringing structure to busy environments and isn't afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo when they see a better way of doing something.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Support or similar role
• Exposure to a project delivery environment and an understanding of how projects operate
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with data or financial information
• High attention to detail and the confidence to question information that doesn't look right
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn

Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or Power BI is advantageous but not essential.
