Job summary

Bayside City Council is seeking an experienced EPMO PMIS Specialist to lead the deployment and ongoing management of Bayside's Project Management Information System. You will collaborate with PMO, IT and stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure and well-adopted project governance and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, configuring and supporting PMIS or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience leading system implementation activities including data cleansing, validation, migration, testing and onboarding.
• Strong data management and analytics: dashboards, Power BI, data quality and insights.
• Experience configuring PMIS workflows, security and processes to match requirements.
• Experience delivering PMIS training and stakeholder workshops for adoption.
• Understanding of project governance, PM lifecycle and PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and transition of PMIS from legacy system with rollout planning.
• Manage system configuration, data migration, quality, testing and release management.
• Drive PMIS and PMF adoption through stakeholder engagement, training and capability development.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for trusted project/portfolio information.
• Establish and maintain governance, data standards and alignment with PMF.
• Collaborate with system vendor, IT and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
