Job summary

Bayside City Council is seeking an EPMO Project Management Analyst to strengthen projects from concept to close. You will work with sponsors and business areas to apply the Project Management Framework across the full lifecycle and provide practical advice and portfolio insights.

Reporting to the EPMO Lead, you will maintain reliable project data, support governance forums, and help improve framework, templates and reporting across Council.

Qualifications

• Qualification or accreditation in project management.
• Experience supporting projects across full life cycle.
• Experience with governance, stage gates and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and coaching to sponsors and project teams on PM Framework.
• Review project information for governance forums and follow up actions.
• Create dashboards and reports for decision-makers.
• Support portfolio planning, budgets, cashflows and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate data in the project portfolio system.
• Coordinate post-implementation reviews and drive improvement actions.
