Qualifications

• High Safety Focus
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Linehaul Loading Operations
• Understanding of Mass Management
• Understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines
• Enthusiastic and energetic team player
• Comply with OHS regulations and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Carry out duties within set time frames and follow instructions
• Capability to supervise a small team

Responsibilities

• Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of interstate linehaul
• Verify, document, and check the accuracy of consignments, weights, and destination labels (State/Onforwarding)
• Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of local PUD fleet
• Complete required forms; linehaul load, photograph interstate loads, and document damages via the damage report form
• Ensure organisational service standards are maintained
• Sign off driver Runsheets (ensuring correct information, PODs returned signed and dated, hours listed, pallets exchanged)
• Lead by example on safety and compliance standards
• Supervise staff to ensure duties are completed to company standard
• Great working environment
