Job summary

Cochlear Limited, a global leader in implantable hearing solutions, is hiring a Logistics Operations Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract for the PM shift (2PM–10PM) at the Macquarie University site in NSW.

You will manage goods movement, packing, inventory, ERP transactions, and strive for high-quality warehouse operations while collaborating with a shared services team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and report to first-line supervisors or management.
• Team-oriented with guidance from senior staff.
• Strong computer literacy for ERP and data entry.
• Able to lift and move loads up to 10 kg.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic priorities.
• Good understanding of quality requirements and processes.
• Self-motivated with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Punctual, attentive to detail, and a reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished goods for packing and label/record job orders in ERP.
• Pack serialized, lot-controlled, and expiry-sensitive items.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and stock counts.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.
• Suggest improvements to systems and processes.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure high-quality service.
