Blackbook Executive Pty is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter for a fast-paced food manufacturing operation in Adelaide. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing and improving a wide range of production and packaging machinery to keep lines running smoothly.

You will perform reactive and preventive maintenance, fault finding on high-speed equipment, and provide support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Trade qualification: Mechanical Fitter or Maintenance Fitter.
• Experience in FMCG, food, beverage or packaging manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical fault‑finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work safely within strict hygiene and compliance standards.
• Comfortable working a full‑time afternoon shift (12:00–8:30pm).

Aufgaben

• Reactive and preventative maintenance across production lines.
• Mechanical fault‑finding on high‑speed packaging and processing equipment.
• Servicing conveyors, ovens, mixers, pumps, motors and automated machinery.
• Completing maintenance logs, safety checks and compliance documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving a wide range of production and packaging machinery. The work is varied, essential to daily operations, and offers strong long‑term stability in a well‑established facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Reactive and preventative maintenance across production lines
• Mechanical fault‑finding on high‑speed packaging and processing equipment
• Servicing conveyors, ovens, mixers, pumps, motors and automated machinery
• Completing maintenance logs, safety checks and compliance documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime

What You Bring
