Job summary

Aramex Melbourne is seeking an energetic and organized PM Operations Supervisor to oversee the afternoon parcel operations. You will supervise inbound/outbound freight, coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff, and ensure safety and compliance are maintained.

The role reports to the Depot Operations Manager and demands strong team leadership, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive improvements in efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role within courier/logistics.
• Familiarity with courier/transport industry software and enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and cost-efficiency targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily PM shift operations: parcel sorting, loading, and dispatch.
• Coordinate handovers between AM and PM teams.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, sorters, and drivers to hit targets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency, accuracy and cost control.
• Enforce health & safety and company compliance procedures.
