Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced PM Fleet Supervisor to lead an afternoon transport operations team across a busy local and regional freight network in Western Sydney. The role reports to the Transport Operations Manager and focuses on coordinating fleet operations, scheduling, dispatch, and DIFOT achievement.

You will oversee Fleet Allocators and Drivers, ensure fatigue management and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement while delivering reliable transport services on a

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading Fleet Allocators and Drivers or transport ops teams.
• Strong understanding of local and regional PUD operations.
• Experience with fleet scheduling and driver allocation.
• Knowledge of transport safety regulations and fatigue management.
• Proficient in Transport Management Systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Fleet Allocators and Drivers.
• Oversee daily fleet allocation, scheduling, dispatch and PUD operations.
• Monitor fleet utilisation, delivery performance and DIFOT targets.
• Manage disruptions, driver issues, and last-minute scheduling changes.
• Ensure compliance with fatigue management, load restraint and safety rules.
• Collaborate with depot ops, subcontractors and customers to maintain service levels.
• Drive efficiencies, team performance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain transport records and use the Transport Management System effectively.
