Job summary

GWA Group is seeking a Technical Training Lead based at Prestons Centre of Excellence, NSW, with travel across Australia. You will deliver technical training to Customer Experience and Sales teams, customers and industry partners, while coaching field staff and developing capability.

The role involves translating plumbing information into practical learning, and facilitating diverse training formats. You will partner with product, marketing, quality and R&D to keep content current and help grow

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops or presenting to groups.
• Ability to translate plumbing, product and compliance information into practical learning.
• Strong communication and ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical training to Customer Experience and Sales teams, customers and industry partners.
• Coach and develop technical capability through field support and training programmes.
• Translate complex plumbing, product and compliance information into practical learning experiences.
• Facilitate training in classroom, digital, one-on-one and large group formats.
• Partner with product, marketing, quality and R&D teams to keep training current.
• Support the management and ongoing improvement of the Prestons training facility.
• Build relationships across the plumbing industry including merchants and plumbers.
