Formación

• Excellent plumbing skills and job / product knowledge.
• Minimum of 10 years plumbing industry experience.
• Previous service manager experience (trade business preferred).
• Completed certificate 4 including “backflow & TMV courses”.
• Clear criminal history (inline with customer requirements).
• Drivers licence - C class or above.
• Organised and able to complete tasks on time.
• Enjoy providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills (by email and phone).
• Problem solver with ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Able to manage multiple jobs at the same time.
• Proficient with mainstream IT OS, cloud-based software (training provided).
• Warm and friendly personality.

Responsabilidades

• Enable site staff to provide an incomparable experience to customers.
• Lead and inspire staff to a positive, results-driven culture.
• Develop service technicians into high performing tradespeople.
• Ensure service quality, consistency and regular feedback.
• Identify training needs to improve safety, productivity and profitability.
• Proactively seek leads for new client acquisition.
• Provide timely quotations and convert opportunities into jobs.
• Monitor budgets and costs on service jobs.
• Monitor and provide estimates on plumbing jobs.
• Align executed jobs with mission, vision and values.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and execute plans.
• Communicate department goals and KPIs to staff.

Some of our key service areas include; Domestic / Commercial Plumbing maintenance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic, qualified Plumbing Sales & Service Manager to join our team. You will bring a positive attitude, be warm and friendly with excellent technical skills, great communication and an autonomous nature with the desire to own the role.

You will be joining a fast paced team environment in a Leadership position that includes a variety of responsibilities

The successful applicant will be a person that possesses the following skills and attributes:

• Ensure all site staff are enabled to provide an “Incomparable Experience” to all customers
• Lead and inspire all staff to create a positive team based culture that is results focused and driven towards success.
• Ensure Service technicians are:
  • Being developed into high performing trades people
  • Focused on job quality and consistency
  • Receiving open, honest and regular feedback about their performance
• Identify and act on training needs to improve safety, productivity and profitability
• Proactively follow up and seek leads from various sources for new client acquisition
• Provide timely quotations to existing and new customers, and converting opportunities into jobs
• Monitor budgets and costs on service jobs
• Monitor and provide estimates on plumbing jobs.
• Ensure that all executed jobs align to mission statement, vision, and values
• Participate actively in weekly management meeting and execute tactical and operational plans assigned
• Clearly communicate service department goals and KPIs to relevant staff

To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and attributes:

• Outstanding plumbing skills and job / product knowledge
• Minimum of 10 years plumbing industry experience
• Previous experience as a service manager (trade business prefered)
• Completed certificate 4 including “backflow & TMV courses
• Clear criminal history (inline with specific customer requirements)
• Drivers licence - C class or above
• Proven ability to be organised and complete tasks on time
• Enjoy providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills (by email and phone)
• Be a problem solver with the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues quickly
• Be able to manage multiple jobs at the same time
• Competent using all mainstream IT operating systems, including cloud based software systems (training will be provided for our specific operating systems)
• Have a warm and friendly personality
