Job summary

Marble Group is seeking a Dynamic Construction Manager specialising in Plumbing to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental standards. You will provide technical leadership, manage resources, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role demands expertise in interpreting plans and codes, plus proficient use of project management systems, with travel to various sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid plumbing licence and certifications.
• White Card WHS induction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, codes and specs.
• High competency in project/job management software.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety procedures.
• Proven communication with management, supervisors, teams and clients.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental standards.
• Provide technical leadership and resource management for delivery excellence.
