Job summary

McMahon Services in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our Building & Construction team as Plumbing Site Manager. This hands-on leadership role requires you to lead on-site delivery, mentor teams, and uphold safety and quality standards across commercial plumbing projects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage labour, materials and site resources, read drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and travel to regional projects when required.

Qualifications

• Master Plumber qualification with White Card and a current driver’s license.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role within commercial plumbing.
• Experience across hydraulics, fire services, hot water, TMVs, water filtration and tempering systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site-based plumbing teams across commercial projects.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure on-site compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Coordinate labour, materials and equipment to optimise project delivery.
