Job summary

Holmes Plumbing Roofing and Gasfitting in Thomastown, VIC, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Coordinator to manage multiple plumbing projects from start to finish. You will coordinate teams, track timelines and costs, manage procurement, and keep managers updated on progress.

You will work with managers, site supervisors, plumbers, subcontractors and clients, using Procore, Aconex, HammerTech, PayApps or similar to maintain QA records, drawings, variations and progress claims while

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating commercial plumbing or hydraulic projects.
• Ability to read hydraulic, civil and architectural drawings.
• Proven track record organising multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple plumbing projects from start to finish.
• Maintain schedules, timelines and key deadlines.
• Coordinate plumbers, trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Track costs and assist with progress claims and variations.
• Maintain project records, documentation and correspondence.
• Attend project sites as required to coordinate works.
