South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking a Plumber Level 1-4 for permanent full-time work at Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick. The role focuses on delivering plumbing maintenance across Randwick Campus Hospitals and offsite facilities to ensure safe, timely and efficient operations.

You will interact with a range of stakeholders, perform preventative maintenance, and comply with NSW Health safety standards.

Competenze

• Holds NSW plumbing license and has residential/commercial plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance for plumbing, buildings and equipment.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders about repairs and maintenance.
• Basic computer skills in line with local procedures.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends as required; safety procedures known.

To provide a range of plumbing maintenance services to Randwick Campus Hospitals and offsite facilities to enable them to achieve their objectives in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Selection Criteria

• Holds a current NSW plumbing license and demonstrated experience in the Plumbing field in residential or commercial environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures for Plumbing, building and equipment.
• Experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in regards to repairs and maintenance works.
• Ability to use computer software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with local procedures.
• Willing to work occassionally on evenings and weekends based on operational requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and practises.
• Current Motor Vehicle Driver’s License and a Construction Induction Card (white card). Current First Aid Certificate is preferred but not essential.
