Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a passionate Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join the Tallawong centre. You will work with a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment and contributing to high-quality education and care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• WWCC current.
• First Aid and CPR current; asthma and anaphylaxis as applicable.
• Child Protection training/certificate current.
• Basic knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferably 1+ years’ experience in ECEC.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive learning environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the centre.
• Support children's wellbeing through meaningful interactions.
