Job summary

Mini Masterminds Wentworth Point is seeking a passionate Part-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s development and wellbeing.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment, and contribute to continuous improvement while aligning with NQF/NQS and EYLF. Applicants must have WWCC and current First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Basic knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging educational programs
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe and document children's learning and development
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
• Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions
