Job summary

Mini Masterminds Wentworth Point is seeking a Part-Time Certificate III Educator to join our nurturing team. You will help deliver play-based learning, build relationships with children and families, and support wellbeing in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• WWCC and First Aid/ CPR/ Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging educational programs
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe and document children's learning and development
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
• Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions
