Job summary

Mini Masterminds Merrylands is seeking a Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team. You will help deliver play-based learning, support children's development, and build strong relationships with families in a welcoming, safe environment.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, ensure compliance with NQF/NQS, and participate in ongoing professional development to grow as an educator in our supportive centre.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Basic knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre.
• Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions.
