Karmo, Australia’s largest car subscription provider, is seeking a Product Manager who treats the product as a living system. You’ll own the products and platforms used by operators, PMs, Heads, Directors, and executives, influencing decision-making and driving improvements across the business.

The role emphasizes discovery-led roadmapping, writing clear user stories, and collaborating across teams to deliver value with a customer-centric mindset. Brisbane-based with flexible hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of PM experience with credibility alongside senior leaders.
• Ability to align stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Deep understanding of how business, data, systems and platforms interact.

Responsabilités

• Own the full lifecycle from discovery to build, release and optimization.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate ideas into a roadmap with success metrics.
• Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for the eng team.
• Drive cross-functional influence with PMs, Heads, Directors and Executives.
• Ensure operational integration and coordinate go-to-market activities for new launches.
• Engage in collaborative sessions to test ideas and converge on the truth.
• Manage backlog with a value-vs-effort lens and adapt to strategic priorities.
